Maxem uses Dynamic Load Management (DLM) to automatically smooth out peaks.

The Maxem Energy Controller continuously measures building and charging consumption, solar generation, battery capacity, and available grid space. Based on this, the system automatically adjusts the charging stations.

  • Do machines or HVAC installations start up? Then Maxem temporarily reduces the charging power.

  • Does building consumption decrease? Then vehicles immediately receive more charging capacity.

  • Is solar energy available? Then it is smartly used for charging or storage.

This way, total energy consumption always remains within safe limits.
