Explanation of your rights

For each type of data processing, we explain how you can exercise control over the personal data we process about you through your privacy rights. Below, we explain these rights as clearly as possible. If you'd like to learn more about the legal framework, you can consult the GDPR, where your rights are set out in Articles 15 to 22.

Right of Access

You have the right to ask us which personal data we process about you and to request a copy of that data. In addition to providing the data, we will also inform you about how it is used, where it came from, who it may be shared with, and what rights you have regarding your personal data.

Right to Rectification

You have the right to request that we correct any personal data we hold about you if it is inaccurate or incomplete. You may also ask us to add a supplementary statement to your record if necessary.

Response Time

We will always handle requests relating to your privacy rights as quickly as possible. In any event, we will respond to your request within 30 days.

Right to Restrict Processing

In some situations, you may not want us to continue using your personal data, but you also do not want it to be deleted. In these cases, you can request that we restrict the processing of your data. This means your data will be effectively "frozen" and will not be used until further notice.

You may request a restriction of processing if you:

  • believe that the personal data we hold about you is inaccurate;

  • believe that we are processing your personal data unlawfully; or

  • need us to retain your personal data for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.

Right to Erasure

If we process your personal data based on your consent—for example, for newsletters—or if we continue processing your data after it is no longer needed for its original purpose, you may request that we delete your personal data. We will erase your data as soon as possible unless we are required to retain it for another legitimate purpose, such as complying with a legal retention obligation.

Identity Verification

The rights described above apply only to your own personal data. Before fulfilling any request, we are required to verify your identity. This helps ensure that your personal data is not disclosed to anyone who is not authorised to access it.

Right to Object

If you disagree with the way we process your personal data, you have the right to object. We will carefully balance your interests against our legitimate reasons for processing your data. If we are unable to comply with your request, we will explain the reasons why. Any objection to the use of your personal data for direct marketing purposes will always be honoured.
