Limited warranty Maxem Energy Controller
The Maxem Energy Controller and Services are new, continuously evolving products and are subject to ongoing development and improvement. Maxem warrants that the Maxem Energy Controller will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and will substantially conform to the performance specifications set out in the Legal section, as amended by Maxem from time to time based on experience and innovation (the "Limited Warranty").
The Limited Warranty applies for the periods specified below, depending on the Energy Controller model, the Service Location, and the seller of the equipment (the "Warranty Period"). This Limited Warranty is provided in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction and does not limit or affect those statutory rights in any way.
