What if you have a complaint

We do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied with our products and services. But 'where work is done, chips fall' and it is therefore possible that you are not satisfied with the way in which we handle your personal data. If that is the case, there are two ways in which you can submit a complaint.

Submit to Maxem

To start with, you should always submit a complaint to us first. Not only because we would like to resolve your complaint, but also because the Dutch Data Protection Authority requires this before they start handling your complaint. It is therefore best to submit this in writing. You can do this easily with the help of our complaint form on the website. But of course you can also send an e-mail or a regular letter. The contact details for this can be found at the bottom of every page on our website.

Submit to the Dutch Data Protection Authority

If we have not resolved a complaint properly and you are not satisfied, you can also submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority. This can be done by filling in a form on the website of the Dutch Data Protection Authority. Incidentally, it is a requirement from the Dutch Data Protection Authority that you have first reported the complaint to us.
