Below is an overview of the e-Mobility Service Providers (eMSPs) that we support that are allowed to charge at the charge points managed via Maxem Energy Cloud.
Important things to remember:
- Each eMSP can offer multiple types/labels of charge cards;
- Some eMSPs such as Ladenetz, Chargecloud, has.to.be, Plugsurfing and Digital Charging Solutions offer dozens and sometimes more than 100 different charging cards;
- Some eMSPs have (only) an app. This makes it possible to start a charging session from the app.
- If there is a problem with charging because the charge card is not accepted, remember the charge card brand, the number stated on the charge card and, if possible, the number of the chip in the card, which can be read with an RFID reader .
