To avoid any confusion, the name, logo and other trademarks (such as Maxem) of Maxem Energy Solutions B.V. may not be used to endorse any product, entity or idea without our express written permission, unless permitted under current trademark law. Any questions regarding the use of the figurative or word mark should be directed to sales@maxem.energy.
UNSOLICITED MATERIALS/IDEAS
Maxem and its employees do not accept or consider unsolicited materials or ideas, including ideas for new or improved technologies, processes, services, materials, promotions or marketing plans. The purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes in case your ideas are similar to those Maxem has independently developed or is currently developing.
Do not send us any unsolicited materials, ideas, concepts, suggestions or other work in any form unless Maxem and you have agreed in advance. If you do submit something, then regardless of the policy and regardless of what you state in your submission, you agree that: (1) your submission will be considered by Maxem to be non-confidential and non-proprietary; (2) Maxem will have no obligation to review your submission; and (3) Maxem may use such submission or content for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, developing and marketing products and services, without any liability to you and without owing you any compensation.
