Maxem Energy Controller Limited Warranty
The Maxem Energy Controller and Services are new, under development and subject to change. The Maxem Energy Controller will be free from defects in material and workmanship and generally meet the performance objectives set forth in the legal section, as amended from time to time by Maxem based on experience and innovation (“Limited Warranty”). The Limited Warranty applies for the following periods, depending on the Energy Controller model, Service Location and equipment vendor (“Warranty Period”) and operates in addition to any rights you may have under your local consumer protection laws and does not limit those rights in any way.
